Please note we have white and dapple grey horses.  You may order what colour your prefer, yet should our company need to bring horses of one of the other colours,
we reserve the right to do so.  This may occur should the horses be sick, lame, tired or whatever reason we feel may require a change of horses.  A deposit of $200.00 is
required to book each carriage.  No booking is considered final until a deposit is received, banked and the proprietor has assessed the travel itinerary for distance, hills and
suitability, and confirmed the booking.  Balance of payment for the carriage/s is required 14 days prior if paying by personal cheque, or by cash or bank cheque on arrival
of the carriage/s at the pick up point. Direct deposit payment prior to the date is also welcome (please contact us for details).  (If using direct deposit, please add the wedding
date and name as the payment reference).

Should you wish to cancel your booking, a refund of $50.00 will be given if 12 weeks notice prior to wedding date is given in writing.  If less than 12 weeks notice is given,
a refund of $50.00 will only be refunded if the particular carriage is hired out on the specified day again.  Should you wish to alter times or places, please notify us as soon
as possible.  One week prior to wedding, could you please ring and verify details.
